- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from Provider · Billing. Prorated automatically.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. EU SEPA Direct Debit available on request. Invoicing for annual plans on Pro and Enterprise.
- What if I exceed the free-tier booking cap?
- We’ll notify you in-app + by email when you cross 80 bookings in a month. New bookings keep working — we never stop a customer from booking — but you’ll be asked to upgrade by the end of the month.
- Do I need to talk to sales for Enterprise?
- Only if you need SSO, white-label, a dedicated CSM, or a negotiated commission. Otherwise Growth or Pro is enough — we’re not gatekeeping features behind a sales call.
- Is there a free trial of Growth or Pro?
- The Starter tier is permanently free up to 100 bookings / month. That’s our trial — you can run a real business on it before deciding to upgrade.
